Acer sued for too little RAM on notebooks

Plaintiffs are suing Acer America Corporation in California Federal Court in a class action complaint alleging that the company sold notebooks with insufficient RAM to run Vista Premium resulting in notebook screens freezing, the computer crashing and slow load times.
