Sprint Sued for Charging Excessive Late Fees

Are you making $$ on me?

Are you making $$ on me?

In San Francisco Federal court, plaintiffs filed class action claim that the telecommunications giant charged late fees that were higher than the t costs to them incurred from late fees.

I think that consumers need to become more assertive about late fees by calling carriers, credit companies and the like and demanding they justify these costs.  Particularly nowadays.  My bet is that they will cave if you make the call and sound like you know what you’re talking about.
