“Increased Performance?” Nope, According to Lawsuit

Okay, I’ve been covering the classmates.com lawsuits where plaintiffs are claiming they were cheated out of their bucks by an online scam.  Now here’s another one I don’t have much sympathy for.  People who buy “enhancement” drugs with claims that they give customers increased levels of “stamina” and “endurance” EVERY time.  Not brand name drugs but ones sold by Nutrasci.  I’ve never heard of them.  Do we really want to reward consumer for being gullible about purchases of these sorts?  They aren’t buying a washing machine or an insurance contract.
