Car rental insurance offered by your credit card

I don’t know about you but when I rent a car I look to my credit card to handle the insurance when the rental people pressure me to get their supplemental coverage.   Here is a reassuring article and chart which sets out what kind of coverage each card provides.

One thing not covered is the amount of the deductible for each card.

    My personal car is covered by Farmers. Do they also cover any car I may rent?

    Typically, they provide superior coverage to what your credit card offers but you should check with them to be sure.
