DHL update: help for Wilmington

A task force  is addressing the issues the Cincinnati-area town faces with the DHL pull-out by hiring Ralph Underwood a former Ohio Department of Development official.  One of his tasks is to determine what to do with the Wilmington Area Airport which was DHL’s shipping hub.
