Apple TV in patent trouble

Complaint filed in Georgia claims that Apple hired away key personal from a company that had patent on wireless tv boxes.  I understand the connection between the employees and the patent but it seems to me the legal claims should be focused on what the patent contains and how that is expropriated by Apple’s patent and/or technology.  But I’m not a patent lawyer so I’m probably missing something.
