Ohio Congressmen are putting pressure on DHL to adhere to its committments of $260 million severance, retention and health care benefits for the Wilmington-area employees. The company says it will do so but clearly its important that pressure be brought to bear from every which way to ease the devastation a small town feels when 8,000 jobs disappear. I wouldn’t be surprised to post about a class action lawsuit filed in Ohio Federal court about the Wilmington shutdown.
