Extendicare lawsuit thrown out of court

One of the first cases I posted about was a complaint filed in Minnesota state last October.  Now it appears that a federal court judge on a different case has dismissed complaints against Extendicare because the complaints were too general and unspecified.  Not sure if this also applied to the state court case but I do remember they were based on state violations of health codes and misrepresentations of the quality of care.
