Lawsuit: tortilla maker used chemical bucket for food prep

Del Rey Tortilleria along with other principals were sued in Illinois Federal Court for violating “current good manufacturing practices.”  The allegations include using a detergent bucket as a corn strainer, paint buckets were used for raw materials and cleaning substances were kept near the preparation of tortillas, including cans of WD-40.
