Windex sued for not being as “green” as it claims

According to the class action complaint filed in Northern District of California Federal Court, SC Johnson, the maker of Windex makes a claim that the product is on the “Greenlist” but in actuality that list is a creation of SC Johnson.  The complaint goes onto allege that Windex isn’t an environmentally safe product and has done nothing to change its ingredients to become safer.  I wonder if this filing will get dismiss for failing to quantify reasonable damages.
