ConnectU still alive in suit against Facebook

In a copyright infringement case where ConnectU claims that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg stole their source code and ideas, a federal court judge has allowed the case to continue.

I posted about previous litigation, the two parties settled for a reportedly hefty fee out of the court but I guess that wasn’t the end of it.
