Big companies using Twitter for recruiting

I’m writing an article on how law firms need to develop social networking policies and a key issue is educating yourself on the medium of social networking.  The article below reinforces that point by warning that  just because Twitter is considered an informal communications network doesn’t mean that as a job candidate you should respond to a job post informally.  No “hey dude!”
