Facebook faces privacy class action

This complaint filed in Northern California District Court is very detailed in listing out Facebooks’ privacy failings with the new settings.  The complaint’s remedies also include very specific changes to privacy defaults as well.  It will be interesting to see whether there will be copycat lawsuits filed elsewhere.
