Classmates.com sued for violating privacy

A lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court of Washington State claims that Classmates.com invaded its members privacy by forcing them to opt out of making their profiles public so that they could compete with Facebook.  Previously I’ve blogged about lawsuits against Classmates.com for deceptive advertising practices.
