More Facebook litigation news

Electronic Frontier Foundation, an organization well worth checking out, filed a amicus brief on behalf of Power Ventures which is a third party aggregator of social media content from various social networking websites.  Facebook claims that criminal hacking laws apply to this activity but EFF believes that Facebook is really trying to prevent third parties from allowing Facebook members access to their own social networking information.
