Earlier this year, I posted about Martindale’s “Connected” product that it is promoting to big law firms. My take was that it’s basically a lesser version of LinkedIn.

Now that JD Supra as created a terrific integration with LinkedIn, this is even more true. One of the selling features of Connected was streaming proprietary firm content through that product but with the miniscule reach of Connected, that was a weak point.

Not so with LinkedIn which boasts hundreds of thousands of lawyers and millions of business professional who could benefit from legal information from lawyers.
