Integrate social networking into your bio
I have found that attorneys are reluctant to include their LinkedIn, Twitter, blog or other self promotional links on their bio pages. However, your bio IS all about self promotion and their is nothing wrong with that as long as its all true. The article argues that doing this helps potential clients engage with you when they aren’t quite ready to make a call. I would add to that and say that if your LinkedIn profile shows that you are well connected, that you have gotten client and colleague recommendations, have posted your presentations, include your blog entries and the like, they are far more likely to make the call once they have gotten confirmation about your commitment to your clients and their legal issues.
