The plaintiff suing in state court of Georgia claims that she is being charged for two leased receiver when she should only be charged for one and for sales tax on top of that.  The complaint then states these charges are, “clear examples of DirecTV’s improper, bad faith, and deceptive business practices.”   The complaint doesn’t provide much in the way of competitive intelligence nor is it a well-written document.
