HUD MODERNIZES ONLINE GUIDE FOR AVOIDING FORECLOSURE

Doesn’t this sum up the Bush Administration’s governing philosophy?  Taking action after the fact.  Now, I’m glad they did this, late or not but it seems like something that might have been important to do at least a couple years ago.
