CA cities sue PacBell cable for limited offerings

“Los Angeles, Sacramento and El Segundo sued Pac Bell and AT&T California in Superior Court, claiming they violated federal law by failing to provide basic cable subscribers with public, educational and governmental access channels.
     One plaintiff, the Sacramento Metropolitan Cable Television Commission, represents the city and county of Sacramento and the cities of Citrus Heights, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove and Galt.”

Now you can get your weed from a vending machine, at least in LA and if your medical marijuana license is verified and, of course, IF credit card checks out.  If so, then, “a bright green envelope with the pot drops down a slot.”

Why do I think the US Justice Department is hard at work getting a court order to shut these things down?
