Evergreen International Airlines?

The Department of Defense has released its list of top 100 contractors for 2007 and this airline which I’ve never heard of appears as number 37.   I didn’t see American Airlines or UAL or Delta but Evergreen?  Looking at their website, they aren’t a public company either which means, of course, less scrutiny.  Interesting.

Otherwise, most of the names on the list seem like the usual suspects though I’m perplexed that entities such as MIT (Massachussets Institute of Technology, the United States Government (um, isn’t the the Defense department part of the U.S. Government?) and the Government of Canada all appear on the list.
