Early last year when gas prices were rising, Big O Tires ran a promotional campaign offering $500 in gas if the customer bought four tires. So Shawn Dewees did just that, bought his four tires and mailed in his questionaire that was the first step of the process to receiving his $25 monthly gas card but Shawn claims in his suit that he never heard from Big O and got a super big “0” in the gas gift card department.
