Court fight over male chastity devices

A.L. Enterprises Inc. is suing Latitudes International for having stolen their trademarks on A.L. Enterprises internationally known device; CB-3000, CB-6000 and (drum roll please) The Curve.

A.L. Enterprises claims that Latitudes International utilizing its websites, one of the name called, “chastitydevicesformen.com” are selling counterfeit devices.  A.L Enterprises claims that because its products are so “well known” that being associated with them through “name or appearance has a great advantage over the competition.”

I went to the website named above purely for research purposes and discovered why the Curve is so special.
