Doctor with 124 malpractice suits, sues lawyer

Dr. John King, an osteopathic surgeon while serving on Georgia’s Putnam General Hospital staff for little little more than a year back in 2002-2003, generated 124 malpractice suits against him.    He was suspended from that hospital and sued.  His lawyers weren’t able to overturn the suspension so he hired another lawyer to sue them.  Now the doctor is suing that attorney himself for $50 million because, “[He] did not act in good faith for a competent court to rule.”

The doctor who headed the independent peer-review that got Dr. King suspended called him, “a snake-oil salesman” and a “criminal.”  Remember that name; Dr. John King.
