The St. Petersburg Times reports today that the police investigated Kyle Brennan’s death in 2007 and didn’t find evidence that Scientology church members forced him off his medication. More damning is evidence that Kyle hadn’t been taking the Lexapro regularly that sixteen pills remained in the thirty bottle pill prescribed three months before his death.
An article from yesterday stated that the suit is being handled by Ken Dandar who previously handled another such case involving Lisa McPherson a 36 year old Scientologist who allegedly died in the Church’s care in 1995.
