Barry Manilow as good as classical music

Establishments suffering from crime-related loitering have long used classical music to ward off such activity.  And how can’t the sound of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons blaring over the loudspeakers of an adult entertainment outlet not put a smile on your face? 

It appears that a  New Zealand mall has elevated Barry Manilow’s music to these lofty heights, planning to play his easy listening classics at the facility to make it less desireable as a hang out for teens.  One young lady has already voiced her disapproval saying that she plans to bring a stereo and play it louder than Barry.
