Woman sues rough repo men

A woman in Knoxville Tennessee was driving to her boyfriend’s place of work when two men driving separate cars boxed her in so that she couldn’t move.  One of the men then broke the window on the drivers side, unlocked her car door and drag her out of the car.  She got on her cell phone to talk with her father and the man ripped the phone out of her hand and destroyed it.  He then claimed he was repossessing the car and drove off in it.

No word in the complaint whether the plaintiff was in arrears in her payments on the car.  Maybe if she gets a big enough settlement she can purchase a car outright.
