Beazer homes investigates its drywall

“Beazer Homes has joined at least eight other homebuilders in the area that acknowledge some of their homes were built, or may have been built, with defective drywall. 

Put Beazer under the “may have” category.

Other homebuilders that have acknowledged some of their homes have defective drywall include Lennar, WCI, Taylor Morrison, Aubuchon, Engle, Meritage, Ryland and Sunrise.

Beazer sent an open letter to about 120 homeowners in Magnolia Lakes at Gateway, informing them Beazer is investigating whether “problematic” drywall is present in their single-family community.”
