Target sued for illegal dumping

“The state of California sued Target Corp. on Monday for illegally dumping hazardous waste.

California’s attorney general, along with 20 district attorneys and the Los Angeles city attorney, accused Target (NYSE: TGT) of dumping hazardous waste from its stores and distribution centers into landfills.”
