Cement plant sued for poisoning neighbors

Riverside Cement is accused of keeping toxic waste out in the open and allowing the elements to carry the toxins out into the surrounding areas and exposing thousands to known carcinogens.  The lawsuit is related to several others making similiar claims filed in Riverside Superior Court.
