Robert Mitchum’s son, James, is suing the company that owns Dollywood because allegedly the park re-opened the Thunder Road rollercoaster based on the Robert Mitchum 1957 film of the same name in March 2008 despite letting the licensing agreement lapse.
If you put Mitchum’s character in “Night of the Hunter” against Dolly’s sassy and effective character of “9 to 5″ you’d have pretty good duel.
