Petland wants Court to dismiss lawsuit

“Petland Inc., a Chillicothe-based chain of pet stores, and The Hunte Corp., a puppy supplier, have asked a federal judge to toss out a proposed class-action lawsuit alleging the companies sold unhealthy puppies to consumers.”
