“Petland Inc is pleased to learn that the federal district court in Arizona has dismissed the class action lawsuit against it that was filed by six individuals and supported by the Humane Society of the United States. The court’s ruling was delivered on August 7, 2009.
The Court ruled that the Complaint in the lawsuit failed to set forth any legally viable claims. In addition, the Court noted in its ruling that the Complaint failed to present any facts establishing any causal relationship between the injuries claimed by the plaintiffs and anything that Petland had done.”
