Niche legal practice: more than just practice area

Another excellent post by Susan Cartier Liebel about creating a niche legal practice.  The most significant point she makes is not to limit your thinking simply to legal specialties.  Consider your background, passions and characteristics that set you apart.  Those qualities are likely to make you appealing to others in similar circumstances so they will be more likely to consider hiring you.
